JT-C系列节气门位置传感器用厚膜电路是本公司专门为各种位置传感器设计的厚膜电路板。该系列产品输出线性特性曲线好、抗磨性能强，使用寿命长。

 1、 工作温度范围：–40℃～+125℃ 

Operation Temp. Range：-40℃～125℃ 

 2、 基片材料：96％AL2O3陶瓷基片

Substrate material：96％AL2O3ceramic substrate or Similar to kapton film

 3、 导体材料：Ag/Pd，导体附着力强 

Conductive material: Ag/Pd, with strong adhesion. 

 4、 电阻体材料：高性能导电材料，耐磨性能好 

Resistance material: high level conductive material, good abrasivity. 

 5、 耐磨指针：600万次（银镉触点或不锈钢拉丝触点、接触压力为0.25±0.1N） 

Abrasivity life: 6000,000 times ( Ag/Pd touch tip or stainless steel touch tip, apply force is 0.25±0.1N)
